Peer Recovery Support Session (PRSS)

Cancellation Policy

Payment & Booking All Peer Recovery Support sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through The Blooming Path’s scheduling system. Appointments are confirmed once payment is completed. Session Format Peer Recovery Support services are provided one on one and delivered by live video, phone, text, or in person within North Las Vegas, Las Vegas, and select areas of Henderson. Services are non-clinical and grounded in lived experience. Cancellation & Rescheduling Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session time. Sessions are non-refundable. Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be counted as a completed session and are not eligible for rescheduling. Late Arrival Sessions will end at the scheduled time even if a client arrives late. Time lost due to late arrival cannot be extended or refunded. No-Show Policy If a client does not attend the scheduled session and does not provide notice, the session will be marked as a no-show and is not refundable. Scope of Services Peer Recovery Support services are non-clinical and do not include therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or medical treatment. Services focus on emotional, social, and recovery-oriented support. Crisis & Emergency Notice Peer Recovery Support is not crisis or emergency care.
