1. About The Blooming Path
The Blooming Path provides digital wellness tools, printable resources, peer based community spaces, Peer Recovery Support Services, and supportive mentoring services.

Peer Recovery Support and mentoring services are governed by separate service agreements, intake forms, and consents.
All services are non clinical and peer led. We are not a licensed medical or mental health provider and do not provide therapy or emergency services. Nothing on this site should be interpreted as medical or clinical advice.
2. Services Scope and Disclaimer
Peer Recovery Support and mentoring are non clinical services grounded in lived experience. Participation requires separate agreements and consents that define scope and boundaries.
Use of this website or community does not create a service relationship.
3. Digital Product Use
When you purchase or download a digital product:

You receive one personal use license

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Digital Products and Memberships
All digital downloads, printable products, and memberships are final and non refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds, exchanges, and returns are not offered once access is granted.
If you experience a technical access issue, contact support@mybloomingpath.org and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.
Peer Recovery Support and Mentoring Services
Services are provided by scheduled appointment.
These terms apply regardless of delivery method.

Payment is required at booking

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice may be rescheduled

Cancellations under 24 hours and missed sessions are not eligible for refund

No shows count as completed sessions

5. Community Participation
Community spaces are for peer reflection and encouragement.
Members agree to:

Avoid clinical or crisis advice

Follow community guidelines
We may moderate or remove content that violates guidelines. Repeated violations may result in removal without refund.
Community participation does not create a service relationship.
6. Memberships and Subscriptions
Paid memberships renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
Subscribers may cancel through their account settings at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
7. Privacy and Data
We respect your privacy and do not sell personal information. Data is used only for communication, delivery, and service access.

8. Intellectual Property
All site content, tools, branding, and materials belong to The Blooming Path LLC and may not be reused commercially without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
All resources are provided as is. We do not guarantee outcomes. Users remain responsible for their own decisions and wellbeing.
