These one on one sessions offer non clinical, peer led support to help you navigate responsibilities, strengthen routines, and move forward with greater clarity and self trust.
Recovery and growth involve more than addressing challenges. They also involve learning how to manage daily life in ways that feel sustainable and supportive. Life Skills Coaching meets you where you are and supports progress at your own pace.
Understanding the Life Skills Coaching Approach
Life Skills Coaching is grounded in lived experience and designed to support practical growth rather than instruction or treatment. Sessions focus on reflection, skill building, and encouragement, not diagnosis or clinical intervention.
The approach is collaborative and strengths based. You guide the conversation, and support is shaped around what feels most relevant to your current needs and goals.
What This Service Is
Life Skills Coaching provides a supportive space to explore everyday challenges and build tools that promote stability and independence. Sessions focus on helping you develop routines, decision making skills, and habits that support long term wellbeing.
Support may center on organization, planning, communication, or balancing responsibilities. The goal is to help you feel more capable and confident in managing daily life.
What This Service Is Not
To ensure clarity and safety, it is important to understand what Life Skills Coaching does not provide.
These sessions are not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, case management, or crisis services. They do not include diagnosis, treatment, or clinical intervention. Life Skills Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
What a Session May Include
Exploring time management and daily structure
Clarifying priorities and responsibilities
Discussing budgeting, organization, and planning tools
Building communication skills and healthy boundaries
Setting realistic goals and supportive habits
Reflecting on progress and identifying next steps
Sharing lived experience when helpful, without instruction or treatment
Sessions are participant led and emphasize autonomy, self direction, and respect for individual pace. There is no required homework.

You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from Life Skills Coaching. These sessions are designed for everyday growth and skill building.
Session Details
Sessions are offered one-on-one in a private, supportive setting. In-person sessions are available at mutually agreed upon public locations within North Las Vegas, Las Vegas, and select areas of Henderson. Payment is required at booking.
Clients who plan to schedule multiple sessions may prefer the 4 Session Peer Recovery Support Package, which offers savings compared to booking individually.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Cancellations and missed sessions are not eligible for refund.
